    To ensure a safe, comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that everyone please observe and comply with our hotel rules and regulations during their stay.

Welcome to our hotel. For your comfort, safety, and overall enjoyment, we have established the following rules and regulations. These guidelines are designed to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests while maintaining the quality, cleanliness, and security of our facilities. By staying with us, all guests are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these policies. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Guest Identification & Payment

All guests are required to present a valid personal identification (ID) at the front desk upon check-in, in accordance with hotel policy and local regulations. Full payment for accommodation must be completed according to the selected room rate, length of stay, and booking details, either prior to or at the time of check-in. Failure to provide valid identification or complete payment may result in refusal of check-in.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy
  • Standard check-in time: 14:00 WIB (02:00 PM)
  • Standard check-out time: 12:00 WIB (12:00 PM)

These times allow us to properly prepare rooms to maintain our service and cleanliness standards. Guests are kindly requested to adhere to the stated times.

Early Check-In

Early check-in between 07:30 AM and 11:30 AM is subject to room availability. An additional charge of IDR 250,000 per room will apply, regardless of room type. Early check-in requests made outside this time frame cannot be guaranteed.

Late Check-Out
  • Check-out between 12:00 PM and 16:00 PM will incur an additional charge of IDR 250,000 per room.
  • Check-out after 16:30 PM will be considered a full-day stay and charged at the full room rate.

Guests who wish to request a late check-out are advised to contact the front desk in advance, as approval is subject to availability.

Guest Conduct & Safety

For the comfort, safety, and well-being of all guests:

  • Pets, sharp objects, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.
  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully, responsibly, and in a manner that does not disturb other guests or hotel operations.
  • Any actions that compromise safety, security, or public order may result in immediate action by hotel management.
Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings at all times. The hotel cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during your stay. We strongly recommend keeping valuables secure.

Hotel Property

All hotel facilities and items are provided for guest use and comfort. Any damage, loss, or misuse of hotel property caused by guests will be charged accordingly, based on current market replacement or repair costs.

Smoking & Cleanliness Policy
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms. Designated smoking areas are available outside the rooms.
  • Eating inside the room is not permitted to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a comfortable environment for all guests.

Violation of these policies may result in cleaning or penalty charges.

Staff & Security Policy

For safety and professional boundaries, guests are strictly prohibited from taking hotel staff outside the hotel premises under any circumstances.

Towel Usage Policy
  • Guests who require towels for beach activities are kindly requested to contact the receptionist.
  • Room towels are not permitted for beach use. Any misuse of room towels for this purpose will result in an additional charge.
Room Key Return

Upon check-out, guests must return the room key to the receptionist.
Lost or unreturned keys may be subject to a replacement fee.
